Event Description

Every business should have its own, tailor-made standard contracts for customers which reflect the way it does business.

About this event

It’s very easy to make a contract: one can be made through a conversation, over an email chain or simply through your actions. Such contracts are just as binding as a written agreement - but a lot less clear. They often miss out important terms leading to unwelcome surprises or disputes. Without your customers, your business is nothing, so take the trouble to put it all in writing to give yourself some protection.

Every business should have its own, tailor-made standard contracts for customers which reflect the way it does business. As well as key issues such as product/service standards, price, payment terms and delivery, the contract should also cover off risks such as the consequences of failure to pay on time, mechanisms for dealing with change – and pricing it, IP protections and limits to financial exposure should things go wrong. These standard contracts can then be easily re-used and adapted for different circumstances.

Learn how to create yours and secure your business’s future.
