Basically, this check-in app consists of a bar-code scanner and your event tickets that contain data. Both these features are interlinked in the application, which ensures the entry of only valid attendees by scanning their ticket barcode and matching it with in-build data. The app is simple and easy to run.

How to use AfroMoya Check-In App

The Check-In app is easy to run. Get started by installing AfroMoya Check-In App on your Android or IOS device! 

1. 1. Start the application on your Android or IOS phone.
2. 2. After passing through the welcome page, you will be directed to log-in page of the application.

3. 3. As an event organiser, enter the same credentials you use to access your account on the website.
4. 4. After logging in, you will be directed to your Dashboard.

5. 5. To start the check-in procedure, you need to select the event you want to do the Check-Ins for. This will take you to your event real-time stats.

6. 6. Click on the Check-In button to start scanning the barcode of the attendee's ticket and allow them to enter, if the barcode matches with in-build ticket data.

7. 7. Done! Your attendee checked in successfully.

When an attendee completes the check-in procedure, their status gets updated on the main page.
