Event Description

Collaboration over competition is the buzz phrase at the moment, but is your business prepared if things don’t quite go as planned?

About this event

Learn how to use legal protections to minimise the risk of conflict and ensure everyone knows how and disputes are to be resolved.

Finding a business partner or collaborator who shares your passion and brings new skills and capabilities to the table is a dream come true for many entrepreneurs. But that doesn’t stop us worrying about the potential downsides if it doesn’t work out quite as well as we hoped.⠀

Having a clear agreement in place when collaborating with others helps to protect each party’s interests and prevent conflict down the line. Find out the key issues you need to consider to give your business the protection it needs, including intellectual property and confidentiality considerations.
