Ubuntu Dance in London

We are delighted to invite you to the Ubuntu Dance workshops in London!

These workshops will shine a light on Afro rythms and its diversity. Discover, learn and enjoy modern and traditional African curated styles taught by experienced dancers!

Afro Dance : with Steven El Fantastico from Congo, bringing together a mix of traditional and modern Bantu inspired dances. His love for the choreographic arts begins in 2016, when he decided to create courses aimed at allowing the body to move at the frequency of different African rhythms.

Sabar: with Aida from Ouakam in Senegal, bringing Sabar that she started at a very young age. Aida has an infectious energy with an enigmatic personality and freely shares her knowledge, skill and joviality without holding back.

Hip Hop: with Keron Proverbs, choreographer from London and member of the academy of Definitives company. He currently teaches Hip-Hop dance at Base studio. Commercially he has worked with the likes of Kanye west, FKA Twigs & Misha B but also Samsung Australia advert 2017 to name a few.

Afrofusion: with Dlonze, who currently teaches Afrofusion dance at Base studio. A complete dancer bringing together modern street dance and African inspired moves.
