Hello, my name is Jerome Melt, I am a qualified Chef living in London. I learnt cooking from an early age when cooking with my parents in Martinique. When I left school I started working in a local bakery and then travelled to France to study to become a Chef. After passing my exams I continued baking and cooking for various pastry shops and restaurants in France.

Cooking is my passion and a life style career path. I have over 25 years experience in cooking and making birthday and celebration cakes for events and friends. I had received positive feedback and credits for my cooking. I have started a patisserie business in London where I will be cooking French Antilles Cuisine.
