A healthy work/life balance is what you need to stay on your game and there is nothing like getting your weekly dose of Chocolate Kizomba on a Thursday night for that extra boost of Happy Hormones!

Passadas and Musicality are the words of the night as we want you to start your weekend how you mean to go on - Stepping with intention, grace and joy!

To get us ready for the social we have Week 2 of our progressive workshop with Mr Meu Semba and Shaina Kalila. As well as an advanced lesson with Adda Dociu to keep you on your toes. After the lessons are over, DJ Carimo is on decks to take us on a musical journey until the early hours.

The energy on a Thursday can get electric so make sure you do not miss out!
