DYR Movement Intensive is back in the UK for two dates only!

DANCE YOUR ROOTS MOVEMENT INTENSIVE is a space that explores the Art of Movement as a tool for rediscovering the body as a messenger of intuition. 

DATES: 

Saturday 15th March 2025 | 12-3pm| 3 hours

Sunday 13th April 2025 | 11-3pm | 4 hours 


Facilitated by Ofelia Balogun with Live music by Dembis Thioung, the duo will guide you on a multidimensional journey between body and ancestral rhythms

We believe that the body is an archive and can be an excellent counselor for exploring boundaries, inner narrative, and our ability to flow through life. 

Listening to your body and what it says is an important tool for navigating our world!

Movement Artist and Educator of Italian-Nigerian origin, Ofelia Balogun created Dance Your Roots Movement Hub to explore dance and symbols as a powerful tool for transformation. She will be working with live percussionist... Griot by blood & Bayefall at heart, Dembis Thioung!

Join us in a journey to connect with yourself and others,  improve balance, agility and coordination trough live drumming.
